Edited by a Pro, LLC. ("Edited by a Pro") welcomes you. Edited by a Pro and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By accessing and using these services, or services offered by Edited by a Pro’s affiliates, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of the TOS. In addition, when using particular Edited by a Pro owned or operated services, you and Edited by a Pro shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS

LANGUAGE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE
You agree that Edited by a Pro is required only to provide the TOS in an English language version and is not required to provide the TOS in any other language. You agree that if a translation is posted by Edited by a Pro, it is done for your convenience and may or may not be updated regularly to reflect the terms as shown in the English language version. Should there be a contradiction between what the English language version of the TOS says and what a translation says, the English language version shall take precedence.

SERVICES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Edited by a Pro strives to help its customers create impactful, well-written, U.S.-English language documents. Edited by a Pro acts as an advisor in this capacity and should have its services considered as a suggestion that may or may not be in line with what you want as the end product. As an advisor, Edited by a Pro is not obligated in any way to refund the purchase price of any services rendered by it for any reason unless Edited by a Pro commits to said refund in writing. If applicable, such refunds will be fulfilled within 10 (ten) business days from the date of the Edited by a Pro’s approval of the refund. The currency of all prices is quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) unless specified otherwise. Edited by a Pro reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at its sole discretion. Pricing of services is done based on Edited by a Pro’s own pricing formula and may change without prior notice. Any quotes given to you are valid only for 5 (five) business days and will not change during that time. Upon expiration of this timeframe Edited by a Pro is not obligated in any way to honor the quote and you must obtain a new quote. Should any discrepancies arise between a quote given to you, that is still valid within the timeframe, and what is charged to you for the quoted service, Edited by a Pro agrees to refund any overpayment resulting from Edited by a Pro error with 10 (ten) business days. Any refunds agreed to by Edited by a Pro will be done in the same currency as the payment that it received from you. Any claims made for a refund beyond 30 (thirty) days will not be honored for any reason. Price, terms and availability are subject to change without notice.
VIOLATIONS OF TERMS OF SERVICE
Should you violate these Terms of Service or any other rights of Edited by a Pro, Edited by a Pro reserves the right to pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies against you, including, without limitation, terminating any and all user accounts on editedbyapro.com. Please read the entire Terms of Service, as all Edited by a Pro properties, products and services are offered subject to these Terms of Service.
